This home has all the makings for the perfect mountain getaway. Cook up some tasty meals with the family in the Elegantly remodeled Kitchen with Beautiful marble counter-tops.The Kitchen is fully equipped with all of your cooking needs to make some great memories in the kitchen with the kids. Relax and unwind with family and friends in front of the beautiful rock fireplace, along with a nice flat-screen TV to cuddle up on the couch and watch a movie with the family. Helpful Hints* • Sleeps 5 in beds – 1 Queen- 1 Twin Over Full Bunk – 1 Sleeper Sofa linens provided • Free WIFI, Large Flat Screen TV • Kitchen is equipped with all the basic essentials for cooking great meals, coffee maker, dishes and cookware are provided. • Kitchen dish soap and dish towels are provided • Propane grill on deck, Propane is provided • Bath towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner are provided • You will need heavy duty trash bags for your trash, not provided. City code requires all guests deposit their trash at the local dumpsite upon departure. Directions to the site are provided at the cabin. • During cold weather you will probably want to bring firewood for the fireplace or you can purchase at local stores when you arrive. • “Things Good To Know” are posted on the refrigerator door for you. Summary: Absolute Gem in Big Bear! A Perfect, Peaceful Getaway!Our stay at this Big Bear cabin was truly outstanding, and we can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and comfortable the accommodations were. It felt like a true home away from home, and the reasonably priced rate made it an even better value (especially last minute).One standout feature for us was the secure driveway with locking gate, which gave us peace of mind regarding our vehicle.The outdoor space was as delightful as the interior. The calming rustling of the wind in the pine trees, the soft bird chirpings, and even the amusing antics of a couple squirrels created a wonderfully serene atmosphere. The comfortable patio sitting area made it the perfect spot to relax and soak it all in.We specifically came to Big Bear to escape the loud fireworks (primarily for our dogs' sanity), and this cabin was an absolutely perfect retreat. We were amazed at how little we heard of the city's main fireworks display, which lasted 45 minutes, and we heard NO other fireworks after that. It truly highlights Big Bear's effective enforcement of fireworks regulations, something we deeply appreciate and wish Las Vegas could emulate!Finally, the owner/management team were extremely responsive to all our messages, which made the entire experience seamless and stress-free.We will definitely be back to this wonderful property! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful cabin with us.
